人材教育

安全で迅速な施工をおこなう為に、積極的な人材教育に取り組んでいます

ゼンプロジェクトでは安全、安心を第一として、どのように作業に従事すれば良いのかを
座学・実技ともに充分な時間をかけて教育します。
展示会の施工は複数の業者が一度に同じ会場で作業をするので、周囲に配慮しながら施工をしなければなりません。
台車の配置や片付けなど、気配りをする事が非常に大切であると考えています。

安全施工座学研修

安全に配慮した座学研修をおこないます。
ここでは台車の運搬の仕方から荷重のかかり方まで、施工責任者に必要な安全管理に重点をおいて基本から応用までを徹底的に学びます。

We will conduct classroom training with consideration for safety.
Here, you will thoroughly learn from the basics to the application, focusing on the safety management necessary for the construction manager, from how to transport the dolly to how to apply the load

オクタノルム基礎研修

オクタノルムの部材撒き、地組、パネル、上場を４つの工程に分けてしっかりと基礎から学びます。
それぞれ初級、中級、上級の３段階で構成しており、新人でも簡単に業務に対応出来るように教育します。

You will learn from the basics by dividing Octanorm's material sprinkling, groundwork, panel, and listing into four processes.
Each consists of three stages: beginner, intermediate, and advanced, and we will educate newcomers so that they can easily handle their work.

オクタノルム特装研修

基礎研修を修了したら、次に特装の施工の仕方を学びます。
これは実際に施工した案件を難易度で振り分けており、ランダムに施工をします。
図面を渡して部材を自分で拾ってから完成まで一連のプロセスをおこなう研修となっています。
After completing the basic training, you will learn how to install special equipment.
This sorts the actually constructed projects according to the difficulty level, and the construction is done randomly.

研修を通じて様々な能力向上を図る

ゼンプロジェクトの研修は、実技取得を目的とした研修ではありません。
安全管理はもちろん、現場での片付けや整理整頓を同時進行することにより、周囲の業者様にも配慮し現場を円滑に遂行する為の研修です。
これら基本知識研修、現場管理研修、安全衛生研修をおこなうことにより、はじめて現場で協調のバランスを図ること事が可能となると考えています。
この研修は社員に限った研修ではなく、よく就業するダブルワーカーやバイト従業員も受けています。
The Zen Project training is not aimed at acquiring practical skills.
It is a training to smoothly carry out the site in consideration of surrounding contractors by simultaneously proceeding with safety management as well as tidying up and tidying up at the site.

新しい雇用環境の提供とグローバル化

ゼンプロジェクトは社員のみで現場を施工する訳ではありません。
フリーランスやダブルワーカーやアルバイトなど、その日限定で就労する方と一緒に現場を施工します。
研修で培った知識を生かして、未経験の方でも安全で安心して働いてもらうことを実践します。
ゼンプロジェクトでは、全てのスタッフが快適な環境で働くことを目的としています。
また昨今では外国人労働者の積極的な雇用もおこなっております。
グローバルな環境を創り、日本が近い未来に直面する「労働体系」の変化にも、事前に対応する事で大きなアドバンテージを得て、業界の発展に貢献するのもゼンプロジェクトの目指す１つの姿なのです。

The Zen project is not just about the construction of the site by employees.
We will construct the site together with people who work only on that day, such as freelancers, double workers, and part-time workers.
Utilizing the knowledge cultivated in the training, we will practice to have inexperienced people work safely and with peace of mind.
At Zen Project, all staff aim to work in a comfortable environment.
Recently, we are also actively hiring foreign workers.
